The existing roof must be torn off completely down to the decking to prepare for the new roof installation. 

Inspect and replace all of the damaged wood. Install the new roofing system including shingles and all accessories! 

Not as difficult as is seems? Installation is complete. You will then be provided with your warranty certificate.
